Your Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of national and international clients (Commercial and Industrial companies, Banks/PSF, Investment funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, etc.)
• Organise and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion
• Lead and support your team during fieldwork, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor budgets and ensure profitability of engagements
• Train, motivate, and develop colleagues, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
• Build trusted client relationships, anticipating and responding to their needs
• Promote services, represent the firm at external events, and contribute to business development
• Participate in internal and external working groups, write articles, or deliver seminars

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or Business (with a focus on audit or control preferred)
• Certified Public Accountant (or in the process of becoming qualified)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in External Audit
• Fluent in German and French, with at least B1 English is a must
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to unexpected situations
• Organised, precise, and able to balance multiple priorities effectively
• Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative and client-focused approach
