hey are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Tax Advisory & Compliance to oversee tax compliance and advisory activities, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to the Company’s strategic management plan in Luxembourg.

 

Your areas of responsibility:

Tax compliance & reporting

  • Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate (CIT, MBT, NWT) and VAT returns for commercial companies, SOPARFIs, and funds.
  • Supervise preparation and filing of FATCA/CRS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Luxembourg tax laws and regulations.
  • Support and coordinate internal and external tax audits.
  • Maintain documentation and manage requests from tax authorities.

Tax advisory

  • Develop and implement tailored tax strategies for clients.
  • Advise management on new tax laws and regulatory changes.
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities and recommend tax-efficient practices.

Team leadership & collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and train junior tax staff to support professional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting teams on financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow documentation within the tax function.

 

Your profile:

  • 8–10+ years of relevant experience in Luxembourg tax compliance and advisory.
  • University degree in Fiscal Law, Tax, Accounting, or related field; OEC membership required.
  • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg tax law, VAT, FATCA/CRS; experience in AIFs and Private Equity is a strong asset.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams and complex portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience in multicultural environments.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluency in English and French required; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Bob 50, Admin Consult, Fiscalyse, and Excel
