They are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Corporate Services, Client Support & Payments to lead key operational teams, drive client satisfaction, and ensure compliance and efficiency across all service lines.

 

 

Your areas of responsibility:

Corporate Services

  • Lead and manage the corporate services team for company incorporations and statutory filings.
  • Oversee preparation and submission of legal documents (annual accounts, board minutes, RCS filings).
  • Act as the primary liaison with notaries, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.

 

Client & Internal Payments

  • Manage client payment operations and internal invoice payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement strong internal controls, reconciliation processes, and compliance with AML/CTF and sanctions requirements.

 

Client Onboarding

  • Develop and execute tailored onboarding plans to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with compliance, accounting, and other teams to fulfil requirements.
  • Maintain detailed onboarding records and deliver training/support to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

 

Client Invoicing & Collection

  • Oversee accurate and timely client invoicing aligned with contracts.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts, follow up on late payments, and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Prepare regular billing and collection reports, analysing trends for process improvements.

 

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, process automation, and business development initiatives.
  • Manage client relationships, resolve queries, and identify opportunities for additional services.

 

 

Your profile:

  • 8–10 years’ experience in corporate services and financial operations.
  • University degree in Business Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law, AML/CTF regulations, and CSSF/OEC requirements.
  • Familiarity with CRM and operations software (Admin Consult, NavOne, Regmate, Risk Screen).
  • Professional certifications (ILA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and French; other languages are an asset.
