Job Description

They are  seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Corporate Accounting to lead and oversee accounting, tax, and financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of commercial companies, SOPARFI, and securitisation entities.

 

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Lead accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of SOPARFIs, commercial companies, and securitization vehicles.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of annual accounts in accordance with Lux GAAP.
  • Plan and oversee VAT, corporate tax, business tax, Net Wealth Tax, and FATCA-CRS reporting.
  • Oversee consolidation processes where applicable.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with OEC standards and Luxembourg regulations.
  • Review and approve deliverables from the accounting team.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accountants and junior managers.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
  • Support transaction structuring, including acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.
  • Collaborate with corporate, compliance, tax, and transaction teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Manage client relationships, resolve complex queries, and identify opportunities for additional services

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in corporate accounting, with a focus on SOPARFI and securitisation structures.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; OEC membership required.
  • Strong expertise in Luxembourg GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg tax regulations and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex portfolios.
  • Knowledge of the fund industry, especially AIFs and Private Equity, is a strong asset.
  • Excellent client engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages an advantage.
  • Proficient in Bob 50, Admin Consult, Fisaclyse, and Nav One.
