As Legal & Corporate Officer, you will be part of a multicultural team dedicated to delivering excellent legal and corporate services, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance while supporting diverse business operations across European jurisdictions.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal and corporate documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment within the team.
  • Coordinate and assist in maintaining a legal library and templates.
  • Resolve complex legal or business matters by leveraging expertise and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including asset management, legal, and tax advisors, on domestic and cross-border transactions.
  • Proactively acquire and implement advanced legal and business knowledge.
  • Drive innovation and promote best practices while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the digitisation of documentation and databases, contributing to their continuous improvement.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a legal or corporate role within a fiduciary, law firm, or in-house environment in Luxembourg.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (German or Dutch) are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with open-ended or closed-end funds is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience managing Luxembourg RCS and board meeting organisation.
  • Solid knowledge of corporate governance frameworks in Luxembourg.
  • Proven experience working with lawyers, auditors, notaries, and service providers.
  • Independent and team-oriented, resourceful, and detail-focused.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and eager to take initiative while seeking guidance when needed.
