Corporate Governance and Legal Operations Manager
Our client a well renowned holding company is seeking a detail-oriented Legal professional to become the operational backbone of its dynamic international organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse administrative and legal operational processes with precision and creativity.
Your Responsibilities:
Coordination, Governance, and Operations
- Organise and manage supervisory boards, management meetings, general assemblies, and partner decisions.
- Plan meetings, send invitations, and ensure meeting logistics.
- Draft and distribute minutes, proxies, agendas, resolutions, and other legal documents.
- Ensure timely completion of legal filings and manage official publications.
- Maintain compliance with local laws, liaising with auditors, banks, legal, and tax advisers.
- Centralise and maintain the legal documentation database for all entities.
Administrative and Financial Systems Management
- Implement efficient administrative workflows, oversee office resources, and manage technological infrastructure.
- Develop procedural documentation, support team collaboration, and maintain confidentiality and data management standards.
- Coordinate external providers handling accounting, payroll, and tax declarations.
Your Profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience gained in Luxembourg in a role as a Senior Legal Officer/Senior Fund Administrator/Senior Corporate Officer or Legal Manager
- Languages: Fluency in English and French is essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance, and financial reporting processes.
