Anderson Wise is proud to share with you an opportunity to join our international client in their accounting department where you would have an opportunity to work with clients from the local market. Your Responsibilities
- Support a diverse range of clients, from start-ups and SMEs to large corporations and family businesses, by managing their accounting, tax, and administrative needs. This includes maintaining day-to-day accounting, preparing tax returns, and drafting annual financial statements and reports.
- Oversee the general accounting activities of your team, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial matters.
- Review and finalize annual tax returns, ensuring they align seamlessly with the financial accounts.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular communication. By anticipating their needs and providing tailored solutions, you will serve as their trusted advisor.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and digital systems, helping to boost efficiency and streamline operations.
- Play a key role in business development, using your market knowledge, industry insights, and professional network to help attract and retain clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team, recognizing that your success is reflected in their growth and achievements.
Your Profile
- Chartered accountant (or soon-to-be qualified).
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing local commercial client portfolios within a fiduciary or Big 4 firm in Luxembourg.
- Proven leadership and technical expertise, with strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in French, German, and English (Luxembourgish is an asset).
