Anderson Wise is proud to share with you an opportunity to join our international client. Are you ready to play a key role in maintaining compliance within the Luxembourg fund industry? We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fund Compliance Officer to manage the day-to-day compliance processes for our clients and investors.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee due diligence processes for client onboarding and investor compliance requests received from the Transfer Agent.
  • Manage comprehensive fund compliance operations, ensuring precision in daily reporting, breach analysis, impact assessments, and preparation of management reports.
  • Conduct daily screenings of clients, investors, and associated parties against sanctions and PEP lists, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation as required.
  • Perform transaction monitoring and conduct annual reviews of high-risk clients and PEP registers to maintain compliance integrity.
  • Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to review account opening documentation and ensure accurate system updates of client information.
  • Provide essential support to the Compliance Director during internal and external audits, as well as in responding to due diligence requests from oversight bodies such as Boards, Depositaries, and AIFMs.
  • Drive enhancements within the compliance function, contributing to the review and improvement of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with the first line of defence, participate in key meetings, and conduct due diligence assessments as required.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate responses to client queries, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely service.

 

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Law.
  • 2-5 years of experience in fund compliance in Luxembourg.
  • Strong knowledge of AIFMD, CSSF Circulars, and Luxembourg fund regulations.
  • You possess strong organisational skills and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with sanctions lists screening tools
  • Fluent in French and English.
