Compliance Officer & Responsible du Controle

An excellent opportunity to join a leading fund administrator in Luxembourg where you will manage a full range of compliance activities for the Luxembourg entity. Reporting to the Head of Luxembourg, you'll oversee compliance with AML/CFT obligations, mentor the AML team, and assist with meeting all compliance-related reporting duties.

The Responsibilities:

Compliance Officer

• Execute compliance monitoring programs • Maintain regulatory watch, including performing gap analysis on new or updated laws

and regulations, and report findings to the board • Oversee tasks carried out by the Compliance Administrator • Contribute to and manage the remediation of identified compliance risk areas • Serve as the key contact with the CSSF

Responsible du Controle

• Monitor and assess the company's compliance with AML/CFT/CPF obligations, ensuring infrastructure, policies, procedures, and processes are appropriate

• Review high-risk AML/CFT/CPF workflows, including PEP associations and blocked accounts

• Implement and oversee the AML/CTF training and awareness program • Report to the RR and board on the company's AML/CFT/CPF performance

Your Experience:

• Experience working as a compliance manager or in a similar position • In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT regulations in Luxembourg • Ability to manage complex information and make sound decisions • Accountability and commitment to meeting goals • Commercial awareness and insight to improve service and support business objectives • Ability to build trust and inspire confidence in others
