Treasury & Operations Associate

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and keen to support real estate transactions across Europe? Our client, is seeking a proactive and driven Associate to join their Transactions team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is looking to build their career at the heart of European investments.

Your Responsibilities

• Open, close, and manage bank accounts and mandates
• Liaise with internal teams on KYC and FATCA requirements
• Support the Transactions and Deal Execution teams with banking elements of cross-border investments
• Monitor incoming funds and manage bank account handovers
• Maintain direct communication and follow-up with banks
• Be the main point of contact for banking and payment-related topics
• Coordinate closing mechanics with local legal counsel and third parties
• Prepare and monitor transaction-related payments
• Work with Excel to manage transaction data
• Update statutory reporting related to banking activities
• Organise and archive electronic documentation with the support team

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a treasury role, banking back/mid-office, or in-house function
• Fluent in English; additional languages (especially French, German, or Spanish) are a plus
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience maintaining effective relationships with banks and internal stakeholders
• A team player who can also work independently
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with new technologies and able to adapt quickly
• Positive, can-do attitude and eager to learn
