They are looking for a Fund Accounting Manager to lead and develop a team overseeing Private Equity and Hedge Funds, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

 

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Lead and develop a team of Private Equity and Hedge Fund Accountants and Analysts.
  • Manage deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participate in new fund launches.
  • Conduct annual due diligence oversight of delegates and AIFM.
  • Contribute to internal audit reviews.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global service providers.
  • Review and update policies and procedures.
  • Monitor delegates and ensure KPIs are addressed.

 

Your profile:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Fund Administration role, including at least 3 years working on Private Equity Funds.
  • Degree in Finance or a related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Private Equity and Hedge fund structures, investment types, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with Private Equity and Hedge accounting systems.
  • At least 2 years of leadership and people management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines.
  • Experience reviewing Fund documents.
  • Business fluency in English, any other language is an advantage
  • Project management skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.

Preferred, but not essential:

  • Experience in overseeing and monitoring delegated functions.
  • Knowledge of FIS Investran and/or Advent Geneva systems.
  • ACCA qualification.
