Join their multicultural team of dedicated professionals. As their new Depositary Associate, you will be involved in depositary reporting for real estate portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting internal initiatives to optimize reporting processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational depositary reporting preparatory work for real estate portfolios, ensuring compliance with AIFM Directives and other regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact with the Custodian Bank and liaise regularly with the Group on depositary reporting.
- Reconcile data and documents related to asset ownership.
- Perform analysis and controls to mitigate risks linked to depositary reporting.
- Support the Legal & Compliance team in optimizing data processes related to reporting requirements.
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Depositary Control department, fiduciary, or similar.
- Familiarity with AIFM Directives.
- Fluent in English; any other language (especially German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
- Experience in conducting due diligence is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
- Resourceful, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and innovate.
