Your Responsibilities:
- Performing corporate secretarial tasks for Luxembourg companies (including, but not limited to, quarterly board meetings, corporate changes, drafting of agreements, audit processes’ support, shareholder registers’ updates);
- Performing the legal drafting and coordination of the incorporations of Luxembourg companies
- Coordinating the communications and monitoring the clearance of legal blocking points towards the liquidation of Luxembourg or other Europe based companies per year;
- Assisting in or fully handling the shareholding and corporate restructurings as needed;
- Contributing to regular regulatory reporting under EU Law
- Cooperating with internal Departments, as well as external asset management, legal, tax and other advisors on domestic and cross-border corporate or real-estate transactions;
- Actively participating in the numerous initiatives and trainings of the Legal & Compliance team;
- Using various tools or databases towards the digitalisation of the documentation and data maintenance.
Your Profile:
- 3 years’ experience in legal admin, team assistant, or governance roles within fiduciary, audit, law, or in-house firms in Luxembourg
- Skilled in managing corporate changes (e.g. share capital, directors, shareholders) and handling RCS filings
- Experienced in board meeting organisation and familiar with Luxembourg’s corporate governance framework
- Fluent in English; French or German is a strong plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced in liaising with legal and corporate professionals
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team
