Join a growing international Luxembourg-based investment management firm that invests in a wide variety of sectors.

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager with strong exposure to Consolidation to lead group financial reporting and contribute to the continued growth and operational excellence of the business.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Define and implement group reporting guidelines, formats, and timetables; ensure compliance across teams and service providers
• Prepare group consolidations (80+ entities) using the “investment entity” exemption and produce full IFRS-compliant financial statements
• Oversee finance, tax, and regulatory reporting compliance for all group entities (including BCL reporting)
• Review standalone financial statements prepared under Lux GAAP, UK GAAP, and IFRS
• Coordinate the Group’s external audits, including fee reviews and communications with the Audit Committee
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos on complex topics (e.g. IFRS 9, investment entity classification, related party disclosures, going concern)
• Coordinate the internal audit program, including planning, testing, reporting, and follow-up
• Lead or support various finance-related ad hoc projects

Your profile:

• + 6 years’ experience in financial reporting, ideally with a Big 4 background followed by in-house experience.
• IFRS accounting qualification completed or in progress (e.g. ACCA or equivalent)
• Proven consolidation experience, ideally gained in practice
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with Lux GAAP and UK GAAP is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Independent, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Capable of adapting to change and driving improvements in processes
• Proven experience managing an in-house finance team
• Motivated team player who thrives in an international environment
