Senior Financial Analyst
Our client is a globally recognized independent investment firm with a focus on private equity, real estate, and alternative investments. The firm operates across multiple international offices and provides a dynamic, growth-oriented work environment.
This Senior Financial Analyst position offers the chance to take full ownership of the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, driving management reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning at the group level.
Your areas of responsibility:
Planning and Forecasting:
- Oversee and manage the group’s planning and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain planning solutions for the group.
- Update liquidity forecasts and models, including scenario analysis.
- Apply statistical models to create alternative scenarios.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across inputs.
- Monitor cash flows and liquidity to maintain financial stability.
- Prepare reports and presentations for decision-making meetings
Management Reporting and KPI Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive management reports on a quarterly basis.
- Conduct KPI analysis, including plan vs. actual comparisons.
- Monitor performance, FX impacts, and comparisons to underwriting cases.
- Perform benchmarking analysis and review subsidiary valuations. Provide hands-on analytical support to teams in key international locations.
Your profile:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a passion for data analysis and reconciliation.
- Experience leading finance projects or programs.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning software (experience with TM1 or similar tools is a plus).
- Expertise in financial modelling.
- Fluency in English and other languages is considered a plus.
