Our client, a dynamic and impactful Family Office, offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a diverse ecosystem of investments across various sectors and locations. We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual to support their team in Luxembourg and drive key financial and regulatory processes.
You would be part of a dynamic team in a positive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative small-office environment that contributes to a mission-driven organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient execution of accounting processes across the group.
- Handle financial control and reporting processes for the group’s entities.
- Oversee the administrative management of the group’s investment entities.
- Manage regulatory compliance and KYC requirements for group entities.
- Manage HR administration for a team of 10 employees.
- Provide support for Family Office activities.
- Assist management with key presentations and logistical arrangements for significant events.
Your Profile
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial control, and KYC processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
- Hands-on operational experience in Luxembourg, preferably in a corporate service provider environment or working as part of a finance team in a corporate setting.
- Fluency in French is essential, with very good English.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and embodying values of generosity, responsibility, and vitality.
