Junior Corporate Officer

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Corporate Secretarial duties for a portfolio of entities, from incorporation to liquidation, including quarterly board meetings, drafting of agreements, supporting audit processes, maintaining shareholder registers
  • Participating in the regular regulatory reporting under EU Law, such as DAC6. Depository reporting as needed
  • Liaising with internal Departments, as well as external asset management, legal, tax and other advisors on domestic and cross-border transactions
  • Participating in the digitisation of the documentation and data maintenance

 

Your Profile:

 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a legal/corporate department of a fiduciary/law firm/in house legal or corporate position in Luxembourg
  • Experience of implementing and documenting corporate changes such as changes to share capital, directors and shareholders; Experience dealing with the Luxembourgish RCS; Experience of board meeting organisation
  • Knowledge of the corporate governance framework in Luxembourg
  • Fluent in English, any other language will be an advantage (especially German or French)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
  • Attention to detail
