Audit Senior Manager – PE / RE

Your areas of responsibility:

• Join the External Audit team, composed of more than 150 dedicated and multicultural teammates.
• Manage a client portfolio primarily in the non-regulated Private Equity and Real Estate sectors.
• Work closely with the Audit Partners and take responsibility for a diverse client portfolio.
• Organize and supervise audit engagements.
• Manage the team during fieldwork.
• Ensure the efficiency of engagements, meeting client deadlines and adhering to the Company’s audit methodology quality standards.
• Guarantee the profitability of engagements and ensure budgets are respected.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to build trust-based relationships.
• Anticipate and respond to client needs, becoming a trusted business partner.
• Expand the Company’s client portfolio through initiative and professionalism.
• Contribute to the growth and influence of the Company by promoting services and representing the organization at external events.
• Write articles, lead seminars, and participate in internal and external working groups.

Your profile:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in External Audit with a focus on Private Equity and Real Estate sector, ideally in Luxembourg
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Management or Business School, preferably with an audit or control specialisation
• Certified public accountant and/or a Réviseur d'Entreprises, or in the process of getting the certification.
• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
• Organised and precise
• Excellent communication skills, flexible and able to manage the unexpected
• Talent to train, motivate and develop employees, driven by your belief that your success is measured by your team’s achievements
