Audit Manager – C&I

Your areas of responsibility:

• Work closely with the Audit Partners and manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial companies, and public entities/co-financed organizations.
• Organize and supervise audit engagements.
• Handle the management of the team during fieldwork.
• Ensure the efficiency of engagements under client deadlines and the Company’s audit methodology quality standards.
• Guarantee the profitability of engagements and ensure budgets are respected.
• Regularly engage with clients to build trust-based relationships.
• Anticipate and respond to clients’ needs, becoming a trusted business partner.
• Expand the Company’s client portfolio through initiative and professionalism.
• Contribute to the growth and influence of the Company by promoting services and representing the organization at external events.
• Write articles and/or lead seminars, and participate in internal and external working groups.
• Participate in the training of audit staff.
• Assist in the preparation of offers.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in External Audit with a focus on commercial, industrial companies and associations
• Master’s degree in economics, management or from a Business School, preferably with an option in audit or control
• Experience in audit of consolidated financial statements is a plus
• Already or in the progress of being qualified in Luxembourg as a certified public accountant
• Fluent in English and French, any other language is an advantage
• Organised, pragmatic, and precise
• Excellent communication skills, flexible and able to manage unexpected situations
• Talent to train, motivate and develop employees, driven by your belief that your success is measured by your team’s achievements
