Audit Manager – German speaking

Anderson Wise is proud to share with you an opportunity to join our international client in their accounting department where you would have an opportunity to work with clients from the local market. Your areas of responsibility:

• Join the External Audit team, consisting of over 150 dedicated and multicultural colleagues. Your client portfolio, tailored to your experience, will include national and international clients across various sectors (Commercial and Industrial companies, Banks/PSF, Investment funds, Private Equity, Real Estate…).
• Take responsibility for a diverse client portfolio.
• Organize and oversee audit engagements.
• Manage the team during fieldwork, ensuring engagements are completed efficiently within client deadlines and in line with the Company’s audit methodology quality standards.
• Ensure the profitability of engagements, monitoring budgets to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate your success by the team’s achievements, demonstrating a talent for training, motivating, and developing your colleagues.
• Regularly engage with clients to build trust-based relationships, anticipate their needs, and become a respected business partner. Your initiative and professionalism will help expand the Company’s client portfolio.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the Company by promoting services and representing the organization at external events.
• Opportunities to write articles, lead seminars, and participate in internal and external working groups will be available.

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in External Audit
• Master’s degree in economics, Management or Business School, preferably with an option audit or control
• Certified public accountant, or in the process of getting the certification.
• Fluent in German and English. French or Luxembourgish would be an asset
• Excellent communication skills, flexible and able to manage the unexpected
• Organised and precise
