They are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, to play a key role in managing registered AIFMs including private equity, real estate, listed assets, and crypto funds. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance, support client needs, and drive the success of the AIFM department.

Your areas of responsibility:

Fund Administration:

  • Oversee governance of AIFMs and AIFs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review corporate documentation, including board resolutions and investor reports.
  • Conduct AML/KYC due diligence on clients, investors, and investment counterparts.

 

Team Coordination:

  • Centralize work across legal, compliance, and finance teams.
  • Supervise and support the execution of tasks, including CSSF reporting and day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure teams meet client deliverables and quarterly targets.
  • Manage talent activities such as recruitment, retention, and career progression within the team.

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a commitment to meeting client needs.
  • Address client inquiries and provide regular updates.

 

Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:

  • Manage the registration process for AIFMs, ensuring alignment with CSSF regulations and directives.
  • Oversee reporting obligations, including responsibilities related to RC’s (“Responsable du Contrôle”).
  • Stay updated on evolving Luxembourg regulatory frameworks and adapt internal procedures accordingly.

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in in a PSF in Luxembourg, ideally with prior experience in a similar role and exposure to AIFMs
  • Master’s degree in finance, law, or a related field
  • Strong grasp of the AIFM regulatory framework, including the AIFM Law of 2013, Circular 18/698, Delegated Regulation 231/2013, AML/CTF, and other collective investment regulations (e.g., ESG/SFDR).
  • Strong understanding of Luxembourg’s regulatory framework (AIFM Directive especially)
  • Strong communication skills in English and French, both oral and written. Any other language is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving organisational success
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
