Language Requirement: Fluency in Russian & English (mandatory), French or German is an advantage
Salary range: 130-180K plus performance-based bonus and basic benefits
Position Overview:
Our client is a Multi-Family Office- Fiduciary company in Luxembourg and is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative / Business Developer / Relationship Manager to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with private clients across Europe.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within the private banking, external asset management, or wealth advisory sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new private clients (HNWIs and UHNWIs) across Europe, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence and grow the client portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their fiduciary and financial needs are met with excellence and discretion.
- Cross-Border Expertise: Leverage knowledge of European markets and fiduciary services to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
- Proven Experience: Strong sales and business development background with a successful track record in client acquisition and portfolio management.
- Preferred experience in private banking, relationship management, external asset management, or wealth advisory.
- Client Focus: Expertise in dealing with HNWIs and UHNWIs, offering bespoke fiduciary services.
- Networking: Established a network within European financial markets and private wealth sectors.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
