Financial Controller - Private Equity Investment Holding

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee company secretarial and corporate governance services for two investment vehicles, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage legal documentation, including board minutes, resolutions, and agreements.
- Coordinate and prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Manage banking relationships and optimize cash and short-term investment strategies. • Collaborate with external accountants to prepare year-end financial statements.
- Provide transaction support and assist in deal execution, ensuring smooth integration of financial operations.
- Monitor and provide financial controlling support to select portfolio companies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in audit, consulting, investment banking, or a private investment firm.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate strategy, and the private equity landscape.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, with the ability to assess and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and the use of financial databases. • Solid understanding of accounting principles, valuation ratios, and the ability to analyze financial statements, annual reports, and investor presentations.
