Job Description
One of our clients, an international Bank, based in Luxembourg, is looking for a Tax Specialist to join the Corporate Actions team.
The position is perfect for someone who has at least 4 years’ experience, a strong understanding of the Tax regulations and experience with CRS , QI , FATCA and DAC6.

Your Responsibilities
Some of the day-to-day responsibilities are:
- Verification and monitoring of client tax documentation (US form AEOI self-certifications, certificates of residence)
- Monitoring and reconciling Capital Gain Tax calculations
- Supporting the regulatory tax reporting such as CRS , QI , FATCA and DAC6.
- Consolidate all tax related subjects for the Custody team (Withholding Tax on income distributions, Capital Gain Tax, system set-up
- Involvement in tax projects and improvement of related processes

Your profile
- Bachelor’s in finance, tax or legal
- You have at least 4 years’ working experience within a bank or big4
- Excellent knowledge of the tax regulatory framework
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
- You have strong analytical skills and are dedicated to the quality of the work
- You are organised and focused on meeting deadlines
