Job Description

One of our clients, an international Bank, based in Luxembourg, is looking for a Tax Specialist to join the Corporate Actions team.

The position is perfect for someone who has at least 4 years’ experience, a strong understanding of the Tax regulations and experience with CRS , QI , FATCA and DAC6.

Your Responsibilities

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities are:

  • Verification and monitoring of client tax documentation (US form AEOI self-certifications, certificates of residence)
  • Monitoring and reconciling Capital Gain Tax calculations
  • Supporting the regulatory tax reporting such as CRS , QI , FATCA and DAC6.
  • Consolidate all tax related subjects for the Custody team (Withholding Tax on income distributions, Capital Gain Tax, system set-up
  • Involvement in tax projects and improvement of related processes

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s in finance, tax or legal
  • You have at least 4 years’ working experience within a bank or big4
  • Excellent knowledge of the tax regulatory framework
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are dedicated to the quality of the work
  • You are organised and focused on meeting deadlines
