Job Description

 

The Reconciliation & Reporting Officer is part of a dedicated team within the Transaction Services department at a financial institution.

This role focuses on reconciling cash and financial instrument positions, preparing and executing regulatory reporting (e.g., CRS, FATCA, CESOP, MIFIR), conducting third-party due diligence, and maintaining up-to-date market static data and pricing within a core banking system. The officer reports directly to the Reconciliation & Reporting Manager.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Reconciliation of cash and securities positions
  • Supporting regulatory reporting submissions (CRS, FATCA, CESOP, MIFIR)
  • Collecting and reviewing data for third-party due diligence
  • Updating market static data and pricing in the banking system

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in cash and securities reconciliation
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Temenos/GTMatch and Bloomberg/SWIFT is advantageous
  • Knowledge of reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and market static data
