Job Description
The Reconciliation & Reporting Officer is part of a dedicated team within the Transaction Services department at a financial institution.
This role focuses on reconciling cash and financial instrument positions, preparing and executing regulatory reporting (e.g., CRS, FATCA, CESOP, MIFIR), conducting third-party due diligence, and maintaining up-to-date market static data and pricing within a core banking system. The officer reports directly to the Reconciliation & Reporting Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of cash and securities positions
- Supporting regulatory reporting submissions (CRS, FATCA, CESOP, MIFIR)
- Collecting and reviewing data for third-party due diligence
- Updating market static data and pricing in the banking system
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in cash and securities reconciliation
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Temenos/GTMatch and Bloomberg/SWIFT is advantageous
- Knowledge of reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and market static data
