Anderson Wise is happy to present this exciting opportunity to join our client, a globally operating alternative fund and corporate services provider. In this role, you will leverage your experience gained to date, reporting directly to the Senior Tax Manager as you support the tax team in all compliance and advice matters related to tax.

Our client will provide the necessary in-house training for relevant technical knowledge and professional qualifications to enhance your professional development and ability to provide sound administration services.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Luxembourg corporate tax returns, calculating tax provisions, and reviewing tax assessments.
• Serve as the primary contact for Luxembourg tax authorities.
• Address income tax-related queries for international group entities.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.
• Handle direct tax matters including CIT returns, WHT returns, tax assessments, and tax provisions.
• Maintain diverse tax records and manage all filing deadlines related to Luxembourg taxation for clients.
• Coordinate between clients and other service providers.
• Review and mentor junior tax officers.

 Your Requirements

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high standards.
• Minimum 4 years of experience preparing and reviewing Luxembourg Soparfi (Form 500 and Form 506) / Funds entities (Form 205) / WHT returns. Experience at a Big 4 firm is advantageous.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Chamber of Commerce Cycle B Diploma in International Tax and Corporate Income Taxes.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and BOB 50.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking, discipline, and attention to detail
