Aura Quantic Specialist

Automation Competency Specialist - International Private Bank

Role Overview:

As an Automation Competency Specialist at International Private Bank, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the AuraQuantic application and workflows, managing infrastructure administration tasks, conducting business analysis, and leading workflow development initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating support with external providers, maintaining infrastructure, gathering requirements, and implementing efficient workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Support:

• Provide first and second-level support for AuraQuantic application and workflows.
• Coordinate support with external providers and International Private Bank CH for AuraQuantic-related matters, including other systems, ESB, and interfaces.
• Monitor performance and manage parameters to ensure fast query responses for end-users.

Infrastructure Administration:

• Maintain AuraQuantic infrastructure and database, including database, applications, and server patching.
• Monitor software releases and oversee upgrades.
• Update the IT landscape for applications and interfaces.
• Monitor license needs and user assignments within the system.

Business Analysis:

• Gather requirements for new processes and upgrades to existing processes.
• Assess the cost of developments (MD/tech/license) and provide metrics to IT & COO management for decision-making.
• Maintain development and deployment agendas.

Workflow Development:

• Design and implement workflows within AuraQuantic.
• Develop necessary extractions in remote systems when applicable.
• Create interfaces and scripts for production, documenting procedures for production and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in providing support for AuraQuantic applications and workflows.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure administration, including database management and software updates.
• Proficiency in conducting business analysis and gathering requirements for process improvements.
• Experience in workflow development and scripting.
• Proven experience as a Specialist in the Aura Quantic Program.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing Aura Quantic solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Relevant certifications in the Aura Quantic Program will be a plus.
• Professional use of English language, French, and all other EU languages would be considered as an advantage
