Your responsibilities:

  • 10+ million of NNA per year – build the new relationship without high pressure
  • Manage and retain existing relationships with clients, and increase ROA
  • Detect client needs and preferences and offer appropriate products and services (financial, legal and tax products)
  • Ensure that client instruction are well executed to guarantee a high level of service
  • Coordinate client events (conferences and sponsored activities) and organize key actions to acquire new clients
  • Keep abreast of developments in financial markets and make sure the bank’s investment strategy is properly implemented

 Your profile:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Private Banking in North European Markets (Dutch or Nordics)
  • Business development and relationship management experience and expertise
  • Strong knowledge of the products and services in PB&WM for HNWIs and FIMs
  • Relevant University Degree education e.g. BBA, MBA, Economics, Legal, Tax, Accounting…
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships
  • A high level of integrity and ethics
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, any other language from the Northern Europe region (Dutch, Swedish, Danish, German) is seen as an advantage
  • Strongly client and results focus orientation
  • Motivated to be part of a team – working well with internal stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel
