Our Client is a dynamic and fast-growing private equity fund administration service provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to private capital asset managers and investors.
With a significant global presence and ongoing expansion in Europe, they are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join their Luxembourg office and help lead fund administration activities in a client-facing role.
Your areas of responsibility:
- Coordinate and manage client planning and task delegation within the team
- Oversee internal processing and review of client deliverables, ensuring ISAE 3402 control compliance
- Participate in and lead regular client calls, building strong client relationships
- Review journal entries, trial balances, waterfall schedules, IRRs, and financial statements
- Validate and review capital calls, distributions, and related documentation
- Coordinate preparation of internal consolidation reporting packages
- Manage annual audits and tax processes for client entities
- Ensure proper fund setup, including financial statements, dashboards, footnotes, waterfalls, and fee calculations
- Review management fee schedules and ensure accurate calculations
- Coordinate ad hoc client and investor requests
- Oversee onboarding and fund setup for new clients
- Coach, train, and support team members, participating in performance reviews and hiring processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
Your profile:
- + 7 years of experience in private equity fund administration in Luxembourg
- Degree (BAC+3) in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Fluent in English and French; other languages considered an asset
- Strong command of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of eFront is a plus
- Solid understanding of Luxembourg structures (e.g. SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, RAIF, SLP)
- Able to adapt quickly to evolving processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Independent thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, “can do” attitude
- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to quality
