Anderson Wise is pleased to assist an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (Luxembourg-based AIFM) in its search for an experienced Regulatory Oversight Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the oversight framework, ensuring robust governance, and supporting global regulatory initiatives.

Your areas of responsibility:
- Monitor and oversee third-party delegates and key service providers (portfolio managers, administrators, transfer agents, placement agents).
- Perform initial and ongoing due diligence on delegates and service providers, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
- Review KPIs, SLAs, and reports from delegates to ensure compliance with contractual, operational, and regulatory obligations.
- Escalate regulatory issues and incidents to the AIFM’s Executive Committee and Board, recommending remedial actions.
- Prepare comprehensive oversight and regulatory reports for Conducting Officers, the Executive Committee, and the Board.
- Act as a primary contact for delegates on operational, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Maintain and enhance the AIFM’s oversight and control framework.
- Drive efficiency by implementing technology- and data-driven oversight solutions.
- Track and resolve operational incidents and regulatory breaches reported by delegates.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg AIFM Law, CSSF regulations, and AIFMD requirements.
- Lead or contribute to regulatory change and compliance enhancement projects.
Your profile:
- 4–6 years of experience in asset management, fund administration, compliance, or risk—preferably in Luxembourg.
- University degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of AIFMD, Luxembourg AIFM Law, and CSSF regulatory framework; EU regulatory knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in due diligence, monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
- Proven record in managing or contributing to regulatory projects or framework enhancements.
- Analytical, tech-driven, and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
- Experience using IT and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, PowerApps) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to convey complex regulatory topics clearly.
- Fluency in English; French or German is an asset.
