  • Provide guidance on tax structuring, cash flow planning, and repatriation strategies throughout the investment lifecycle.
  • Advise on transfer pricing matters related to intra-group financing and operational flows.
  • Track legislative changes and translate them into business-relevant guidance for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the success of multi-disciplinary investment projects, working closely with legal and deal teams.
  • Manage relationships with external tax counsel, ensuring effective input on high-value, complex transactions.
  • Coordinate with external providers on direct and indirect tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with JV partners and advisors on compliance processes and issue resolution.
  • Support development and refinement of internal processes, systems, and tax controls.

Your profile:

We are looking for a tax-savvy professional with a solid legal foundation and a strong track record in alternative investments.

  • A law degree from a recognized and well-regarded academic institution.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in international tax or tax advisory, ideally gained at a top-tier law firm, Big Four advisory, or a leading asset manager, investment fund, or multinational enterprise.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate across departments, and deliver clear, actionable advice under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate technical matters clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.
