Anderson Wise is pleased to assist an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (Luxembourg-based AIFM) in its search for a Compliance Associate to help strengthen its compliance function as the platform continues to grow and evolve.

Your areas of responsibility:
- Support the Compliance Officer in executing the controls outlined in the Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Assist in implementing new regulatory requirements in a timely manner
- Maintain and improve internal policies, records, and registers, with a focus on AML and compliance procedures
- Respond to due diligence questionnaires from external stakeholders
- Oversee delegated functions and day-to-day compliance activities
- Keep AML and compliance risk assessments current and comprehensive
- Draft clear, concise compliance and AML reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage tools such as Power BI and AI solutions to enhance workflows and reduce manual processes
- Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate compliance updates effectively
Your profile:
- +2 years’ experience in auditing AIFMs/UCITS management companies or working in compliance/internal audit within such entities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg regulatory frameworks and AML/CFT requirements
- Familiarity with Private Equity or other illiquid asset classes is an advantage
- Proactive mindset with experience in designing and implementing efficient processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong command of Microsoft 365, with a knack for using AI tools to optimise work
- Skilled in producing clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
