Head of Business Development

An excellent to join a well-established international fund administration firm with a strong presence across multiple jurisdictions, dedicated to providing comprehensive, innovative, and tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of its diverse clientele. The firm specializes in delivering high-quality fund administration, regulatory compliance, and governance services, ensuring that clients benefit from operational efficiency, transparency, and adherence to global standards.

With a client-centric approach, the firm actively identifies and pursues new business opportunities in key markets, leveraging its expertise and industry insights to expand its reach across corporate, private, and institutional sectors. Through strategic business development initiatives, strong relationship management, and an in-depth understanding of market trends, the firm seeks to enhance its client portfolio, offering bespoke services that support the growth and success of asset managers, private equity firms, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including intermediaries, financial institutions, law firms, and professional advisors.
  • Lead the development of tailored solutions for clients, leveraging expertise in fiduciary, corporate, and fund services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the companys profile and generate leads.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and report on business development efforts to senior leadership.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior business development or commercial role within the financial services, corporate services, fiduciary, or fund administration sectors.
  • Strong track record of successfully identifying, securing, and managing new business relationships.
  • Deep understanding of international financial services, wealth planning, and corporate structures.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives in a competitive market.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field is preferred.
