Your Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Support the Head of Operations in executing strategic initiatives and daily tasks.
  • Oversee operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Validate and escalate AML and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with outsourced providers and monitor performance.
  • Track and report ICT performance and incident management.
  • Handle operational challenges effectively.
  • Generate reports on customer and conduct behaviours.

Operational Processes

  • Update policies and enhance process efficiency.
  • Align operations with customer needs.
  • Identify and implement improvements.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Support audit controls and compliance checks.
  • Mitigate AML risks and align daily activities with strategic goals.

Support & Collaboration

  • Promote teamwork and cross-department alignment.
  • Act as liaison between the Head of Operations and teams.
  • Support IT systems, applications, and data security.

 

Your Profile

  • Strong background in operations within the insurance sector in Luxembourg.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of AML and first-line defence risks.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • German and/or Italian would be a strong asset for understanding client documentation; knowledge of French would support team integration.
  • ICT know-how, including experience with ICT reporting, application implementation, networks, and data management, would be a strong advantage.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate the broader impact of operational decisions on strategic objectives.
  • Creative problem solver, keen to suggest new ideas and implement pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships in a diverse international environment.
  • Demonstrated influencing skills with a track record of maintaining effective relationships across departments, entities, and cultures.
  • Open-minded, proactive, and innovative, with a growth mindset.
