Job Description

Our client, a leading credit investment firm, is currently seeking a Fund Operations Associate to join their dynamic, professional, and international team. Your Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the smooth operation and execution of fund activities.
  • Coordinating with service providers, auditors, and advisors to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Leading project management for new initiatives and investment platform entities/SPVs.
  • Reviewing monthly and quarterly reports for the investment platform and AIFM.
  • Managing calculations and documentation for capital calls, distributions, and fund reporting.
  • Handling bridge financing activities, including utilisations, repayments, and reviews.
  • Conducting initial reviews of investment transaction documentation for board approval.
  • Performing AML/KYC checks and additional compliance reviews as needed.
  • Supporting the investor relations team with queries and investor communications.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to entity incorporations and liquidations.
  • Managing and coordinating board meetings with third-party service providers.

 

Your Profile

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the fund industry, ideally within AIFM, management company, fund administration firm or Big Four
  • A solid understanding of alternative fund industry structures, regulations, and AIFMD compliance.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining independence.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
