Corporate Actions specialist
One of our clients, an international Bank, based in Luxembourg, is looking for a Corporate Actions specialist to join the team. Within this position you will be responsible for the Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions impacting the bank.
The position is suitable for a candidate that has at least 5 years’ experience working within a Corporate Actions position focussed on mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.

Your Responsibilities
The Corporate Actions Officer reports to the Manager of the team based in Luxembourg.
Some of the day-to-day responsibilities are:
- Process notifications, transactions, and settlement of the corporate actions
- Take part in the proxy voting request
- Solve issue related to any discrepancies with the corporate actions
- Involved in any regulatory changes impacting the corporate actions

Your profile
- Bachelor’s in finance, economics or business
- You have at least 5 years’ working experience within a Corporate Actions position focussed on mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
- You are organised with the ability to set priorities
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders inside and outside the bank
- You are a strong team player with the ability to work with tight deadlines and pay attention to details.
