Anderson Wise is proud to share with you an opportunity to join our international client in their accounting department where you would have an opportunity to work with clients from the local market. Are you looking to step up to a manager-level role or would be interested in an Assistant Manager role, this opportunity could be a great step for you!

Your Responsibilities

• Meet the needs of clients, including start-ups, large companies, SMEs, family businesses, and independents, by maintaining daily accounting, preparing tax returns, and annual accounts/reports.
• Supervise the general accounting performed by your team.
• Review and finalize the preparation of annual tax returns, linked to their respective accounts.
• Maintain regular and proactive contact with clients, building lasting and trusting relationships. Your ability to anticipate and respond to their needs makes you their preferred contact.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal and digital processes.
• Participate in acquiring new customers by leveraging your knowledge, market trends, and network.
• Train, motivate, and develop your team, with your success measured by their achievements.

Your profile

• Chartered accountant or soon-to-be qualified.
• At least 5 years of professional experience managing local commercial client portfolios within a fiduciary or major firm in Luxembourg.
• Recognized leadership and technical expertise.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Independent, conscientious, and goal-oriented work style.
• Fluent in English and French, German would be considered a plus.
