Tax Lawyer

Are you a legal professional with expertise in tax law who is keen to utilize and grow your experience?

On behalf of our client an international market-leading law firm, we are currently looking for a Lawyer to join their Tax department.

The team advises domestic and global corporations, investment banks, private equity providers, state and semi-state entities and individual shareholders.

Your responsibilities:

The team provide advice in the following areas:

• International tax and cross border planning for corporate reorganisations, restructurings, and inward investment projects into Ireland.
• Mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and IPOs.
• Tax controversy.
• Capital markets and structured finance transactions.
• Private equity transactions.
• Transfer pricing.
• Asset and project finance for international and domestic aircraft and equipment.
• Real estate tax.

Your profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years relevant PQE within a corporate law firm.
• Hold a professional tax/accounting qualification.
