Asset Management & Investment Funds Lawyer

On behalf of our client an international market-leading law firm, we are currently looking for a Lawyer to join their Asset Management & Investment Funds department.
Our client is looking for people at various levels of experience for this role, so whether you are a newly qualified lawyer or have up to 6 years of PQE experience you are suitable for this role. The team advises domestic and global corporations, investment banks, private equity providers, state and semi-state entities and individual shareholders.
Your responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to clients in the investment funds industry.
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including offering memoranda, prospectuses, and fund agreements.
- Conduct legal due diligence on fund structures, investments, and transactions.
- Assist with the establishment, structuring, and restructuring of investment funds.
- Handle fund-related transactions such as fund formations, mergers, acquisitions, and liquidations.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and external counsel as necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to junior lawyers and support staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, tax, and investment professionals, to ensure seamless delivery of legal services.
Your profile
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ-6 years PQ in Asset Management & Investment Funds
- Hard-working, enthusiastic, and dedicated team member
- Strong technical, legal, and analytical skills
- Proficient drafting skill
- A keen interest in knowledge and continuous development
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
