About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Specialist (Advisor) to join a world-leading private bank in Luxembourg. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to understand the needs of clients and prospects, design customised investment proposals, and oversee the implementation and monitoring of advisory portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Relationship Managers to identify client needs and present relevant investment solutions.
• Design, implement, monitor and rebalance clients’ advisory portfolios tailored to individual profiles.
• Provide performance reporting and investment updates on discretionary and advisory mandates.
• Keep bankers, clients and prospects informed of strategies, research, and product range developed by the bank’s investment platform.
• Stay informed about financial market developments and the bank’s house views to provide timely advice.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at prospective clients.
• Maintain a strong compliance culture by adhering to all relevant local laws, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.

Your Profile & Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5-10 years of proven experience in investment advisory, portfolio management or private banking.
• Solid understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts, including asset allocation on managed and advisory portfolios.
• Knowledgeable across asset classes and investment vehicles; experience implementing tailor-made investment solutions and monitoring risk.
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch/Flemish would be an asset.
• Excellent negotiating, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts to sophisticated clients.
• Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset with high standards of integrity, service, and professionalism.
