Corporate Administration Associate
Our client, a respected private equity firm with international reach, is looking for a proactive Associate to support the administration of carry and investment vehicles. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a structured yet evolving environment and values attention to detail.
You’ll be working in a meaningful position within a highly regarded and supportive international firm.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain oversight of investor and statutory documentation, ensuring all records and regulatory filings are accurate and up to date.
- Act as a key point of contact with external fund administrators in Luxembourg and Jersey, supporting seamless communication and service delivery.
- Handle administrative elements of investor onboarding, including AML/KYC coordination and document preparation.
- Assist in establishing new upstream entities including corporate setup and bank account coordination.
- Lead the coordination of board and shareholder meetings by preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and managing corporate resolutions.
- Monitor and process service provider agreements, consultant contracts, and supplier payments via internal systems.
- Execute accurate fund-related transactions such as drawdowns, dividend distributions, and inter-company transfers.
- Respond to investor queries in partnership with internal teams and ensure timely and professional communication.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and cross-functional projects across the business.
Your Profile:
- University degree in law, finance, or business administration, or a relevant fund/corporate administration qualification (e.g., ICSA certificate).
- 3+ years’ experience in a role in corporate governance, corporate administration, fund administration
- Organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Background in AIFM or fund administration is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages considered as an asset.
