Our Client is an independent and fast-growing provider of fiduciary and fund administration services. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions to institutional and private clients, the Company supports its clients across fund administration, corporate services, and private wealth.
As part of their strategic growth in the private capital space, our they are seeking a dynamic Executive Sales Director to drive new business development and client acquisition across Central & Southern Europe.

Your areas of responsibility:
Business Development & Growth
- Originate and convert new business through a strong network within the private capital investment ecosystem (private equity, VC, real estate, infrastructure, and other alternative assets).
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase recurring revenue and grow the client base.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers to position the Company as a trusted partner for fund and corporate services.
- Maintain and progress a healthy pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with fund managers, investors, and intermediaries.
- Propose tailored service solutions across fund administration, corporate, and fiduciary services.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience and high service standards.
- Identify and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple jurisdictions and service lines.
Market Positioning & Brand Awareness
- Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Stay informed on market developments and regulatory changes, advising clients on fund structuring options (e.g. RAIF, SICAV-RAIF, SLP, etc.).
- Participate in thought leadership initiatives, including speaking engagements and content contributions.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with intermediaries such as law firms, auditors, and tax advisors.
Operational & Commercial Execution
- Lead on deal structuring and commercial negotiations in line with strategic goals.
- Provide market feedback to help refine service offerings and support product development.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress using internal CRM tools.
Strategic & Regulatory Responsibilities (as Authorised Manager)
- Ensure effective day-to-day management in line with strategic objectives and regulatory expectations
- Define and implement business strategy within risk appetite and governance framework
- Maintain sound internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Promote a strong compliance and risk culture firm-wide
- Ensure adequate resources, systems, and infrastructure are in place
- Maintain robust oversight of the firm’s governance and risk profile
- Engage proactively with the CSSF, internal stakeholders, and the Board
- Lead corrective actions on operational or control deficiencies
- Monitor and adapt governance arrangements as needed
Your profile:
- Solid experience in business development or sales within fund administration, private capital services, or a related financial services environment.
- A well-established network within the private capital investment space.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures and the broader regulatory landscape.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are highly advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of independently generating and closing new opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, particularly at senior levels.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and occasionally internationally.

- Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering client value and driving revenue growth.
- Confident working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and digitally aware.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or social media in a business development context is a plus.
