Job Description

Our Client is a reputable international private bank offering a wide range of wealth and asset management services. With a strong presence in Luxembourg and other European financial centres, the Company focuses on delivering high-quality, tailored financial services to private clients and institutions.

They are seeking a proactive Client Support Officer to strengthen client relationships and ensure the smooth execution of operational activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Execute and follow up on client instructions in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Manage investment instructions and corporate action event communications.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation and records.
  • Monitor pending issues and escalate them to the Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) when needed.
  • Act as the point of contact with internal departments for issue resolution and information sharing.
  • Serve as an alternative contact to the CRO for clients (calls, meetings, etc.).
  • Support the CRO with research, document preparation, and delegated tasks.
  • Monitor credit positions daily/monthly (limits, collateral, overdrafts, risk concentration).
  • Oversee operational quality and risk indicators (e.g. deposit renewals, MiFID profiling, dormant accounts)

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking, life insurance, or financial services.
  • Solid knowledge of private banking operations and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS).
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficient in standard IT systems; quick to adapt to new software tools.
  • Service-oriented, client-focused, and collaborative mindset.
  • Discreet, detail-oriented, and reliable with a high sense of accountability.
  • Proactive, motivated, and open to learning.
