Our client is a prestigious international law firm based in Luxembourg. To support their growing team, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide superior secretarial and administrative assistance to partners, lawyers, and business services staff.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional work while balancing deadlines and priorities.
- Drive smooth billing operations, from invoicing to revenue tracking.
- Streamline schedules, appointments, and travel for maximum efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate impactful meetings, conferences, and events.
- Manage communications with professionalism, handling emails and client interactions.
- Oversee the entire matter life cycle, ensuring seamless processes.
- Contribute to business growth through compelling pitches and client database management.
- Create documents, reports, and presentations.
- Strengthen client relationships with accurate records and proactive support.
- Optimise workflow by delegating tasks and maintaining office excellence.
- Stay ahead through active participation in firm initiatives and professional development.
Your Profile:
- 4+ years as a Secretary or PA in professional services (legal experience preferred).
- Typing skills with high speed and accuracy are required.
- Fluent in English & French.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and the ability to juggle priorities seamlessly.
- Sharp attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset and strong decision-making skills.
