Our Client is a dynamic and growing financial services provider, working closely with emerging and mid-market fund managers to deliver comprehensive accounting and tax reporting solutions.

They are seeking a motivated Fund Accountant to join their team and support the preparation of financial reports, bookkeeping, and investor allocations.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and assist in calculating net asset values (NAV).
• Process capital calls, distributions, and investor transactions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.
• Support the preparation of periodic financial reports and annual accounts.
• Assist in VAT and corporate tax return preparation.
• Liaise with administrators, auditors, and other stakeholders.

Your profile:

• 2-4 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably in Luxembourg.
• Understanding of LuxGAAP reporting standards and fund structures (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Luxembourg tax mechanisms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (experience with BOB is a plus).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
