HR Manager
Our Client is a global leader providing corporate services, wealth management, and fund solutions, committed to fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, employee engagement, and office management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Your areas of responsibility:
- People Strategy: Collaborate with local leadership to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Talent Management & Development: Implement development plans, identify critical talent, and manage succession planning.
- Employee Engagement: Foster an inclusive culture, retain key employees, and enhance workplace experience.
- Recruitment: Develop proactive workforce planning, attract top talent, and support onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee lifecycle.
- Payroll & Benefits: Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain competitive benefits.
- Reporting & Data Management: Maintain HR data confidentiality, generate reports, and support management decisions.
- General HR: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, update policies, and support leadership in talent management.
- Learning & Development: Oversee training initiatives, onboarding, and continuous professional growth programs.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to local employment laws and HR best practices.
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a professional services environment.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR data analysis
- Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel skills).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work proactively, with a strategic mindset.
- High level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Strong relationship-building skills and adaptability to change.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
