Job Description

Our client is a globally recognised investment manager, delivering exceptional value through real estate acquisitions, development, and capital markets expertise.

They are seeking a dynamic Associate Project Management to support its Equity Capital Markets team by leading the creation of investor materials, managing client requests, and coordinating key deliverables across global teams to ensure the successful execution of fundraising and investment initiatives.

 

Associate Project Management – Equity Capital Markets

 

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Manage and complete RFPs, RFIs, and periodic updates for institutional investors and consultants regarding potential fund and joint-venture investments.
  • Compile transaction and market updates from global and regional teams into clear, well-structured briefs for marketing and client communications.
  • Create and refine investor presentations and offer memoranda (PPMs, pitchbooks, teasers) tailored to specific investment objectives and target audiences.
  • Support investor relations by coordinating due diligence requests, market research, competitor analysis, and updates to relevant platforms.
  • Communicate project progress and delivery timelines to relationship managers while ensuring cross-departmental alignment.
  • Conduct modelling for new investment funds, profitability assessments, and track record analyses.

 

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in investment management or real estate, with exposure to global capital-raising efforts.
  • Familiarity with the investment real estate market is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple capital-raising assignments under shifting deadlines.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively across teams and time zones in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, are essential
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Creative problem-solver, able to adapt to evolving circumstances and maintain focus under pressure.
  • Proven proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
