An amazing in-house opportunity to join our international insurance client with a dynamic growing team in Luxembourg as an AML-KYC Analyst within a diverse and inclusive environment. As part of a renowned financial institution, you'll report to the AML Team Leader and Compliance Officer.

Your Responsibilities

• Meticulously review customer files and update KYC documentation.
• Conduct ongoing due diligence on customers and intermediaries.
• Ensure accurate reflection of AML status/scoring in administration systems.
• Participate in audits, compliance checks, and risk sample checks.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Provide support to the compliance team in various projects and activities.

Your profile

• University degree with a minimum of one year past experience in AML/KYC function
• Proven experience in AML/KYC roles within Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg AML/CTF and financial sanctions regulations.
• Fluent in English and German; solid knowledge in French or Italian beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe tools; willingness to learn new IT tools.
• Open-minded, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to suggest and implement pragmatic solutions.
• Administration or secretarial background considered, fluent German and English required.
