A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

• Vous apportez votre soutien aux équipes opérationnelles, tant dans le cadre du développement d’affaires nouvelles que sur le portefeuille Clients qui vous est attribué.
• Vous participez à l'identification et l'évaluation des différents risques de conformité en proposant toute recommandation permettant de réduire les risques constatés, notamment en matière de LCB-FT.
• En relai des assistantes juridiques, vous traitez les problématiques complexes relatives à la gouvernance des captives d’assurance et de réassurance, et assurerez, en tant que de besoin, le lien avec les autorités de contrôle.
• Vous assurez une veille juridique et réglementaire, qui vous permet de prendre connaissance de toute législation et règlementation susceptibles d’impacter l’entreprise, son activité et ses clients (notamment Solvabilité II, LCB/FT, RGPD, etc.).
• Vous préparez les différents supports de formation à destination des équipes opérationnelles et des clients de l’entreprise, et contribuez à l’animation de ces formations.
• Vous rédigez, analysez et négociez les différents contrats conclus par la société, en ce compris ceux avec les clients, tout en veillant à leur conformité.
• En tant que de besoin, vous apportez votre expertise aux autres membres de l’équipe et en interne sur des problématiques complexes, en relai de la Directrice Juridique.

Votre profil:

• Diplôme universitaire en Droit
• Une première expérience d’un an dans un poste juridique au sein d’un cabinet d’avocat, une banque, une société de services financiers ou dans une société commerciale/industrielle avec une spécialisation en droit des affaires.
• Maîtrise courante de la langue française (à l’écrit et à l’oral) et très bon niveau d’anglais juridique et des affaires (à l’écrit et à l’oral).
• Esprit d’analyse, synthétique et orienté.e solutions.
• Doté.e d'une grande autonomie, dynamique et rigoureux.se.
• Rigueur et réactivité avec un sens de la confidentialité, en plus d’être force de proposition, alliés à une très bonne aisance relationnelle.

Ihr Profil:

• Vollständig qualifizierter Anwalt in Deutschland mit fundiertem Verständnis für rechtliche, technische und verfahrensrechtliche Aspekte von Beschwerden, Litigation und Regulierungsangelegenheiten im Bank- und Finanzdienstleistungsbereich.
• Hervorragende Kenntnisse der deutschen Zivilprozessordnung und des Versicherungsvertragsrechts.
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Verwaltung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten und/oder Beschwerden mit begrenzter Aufsicht.
• Fähigkeit, fundierte Urteile bei der Empfehlung und Umsetzung von Risikominderungsstrategien zu fällen.
• Fähigkeit, auf hoher Geschäftsebene zu beraten und schnell Glaubwürdigkeit aufzubauen.
• Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Fließend in Deutsch; Französisch oder Italienisch wären von Vorteil.
• Aufgeschlossen, teamfähig, eigenverantwortlich, agil, proaktiv und innovativ mit einer wachstumsorientierten Denkweise.
