Join a leading European law firm with a growing presence in Luxembourg.
They are seeking a Junior Associate – Funds to support clients in establishing and managing investment funds, providing advice on regulatory compliance, fund governance, and operational matters.
Your areas of responsibility:
- Assist in the structuring, establishment, and ongoing management of investment funds and alternative investment vehicles.
 - Provide regulatory advice in relation to the Malta Financial Services Authority and other applicable jurisdictions.
 - Draft and review fund documentation, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, subscription agreements, and governance documents.
 - Support clients on corporate governance, compliance, and operational matters relating to investment funds.
 - Conduct legal research and prepare internal and client-facing memoranda on relevant legislation, regulatory updates, and industry trends.
 - Collaborate with senior lawyers and cross-disciplinary teams on fund-related transactions and projects.
 - Attend client meetings and assist in managing client relationships.
 
Your profile:
- A qualified lawyer with 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to investment funds or financial services law.
 - Strong academic credentials and a keen interest in financial services regulation and investment structures.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Maltese is an advantage).
 - Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 - Proactive, resourceful, and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
 - Enthusiasm for learning, professional development, and contributing to the growth of the team.
